Heavy renovation of a 5th-floor triplex apartment from the 1960s. The client's dream was to live in a loft, which led us to completely rethink the existing plan into an open space with a magnificent view on the lake Léman as a focal point. The play of materials such as concrete and rusted steel was a key element in the creation of this non-standard home.
